So how much are we going to charge them?

How does this get delivered
Do companies fill out an order form and then send us the info?
Where does it go?
How does it get into the kiosk or mobile app?
Its just outlining all of the above:
The creation, and then the sales, and then the delivery

In an ideal state, it would be, CHEST is investing, $2000 of our own money and X amount of staff time from the PMO office, marketing, IT, BD – The potential is if we, three companies each spend $1000, you know, weve made $30,000 and we had $5,000 in expenses
– Worst case scenario we make $25k
– Best case scenario is we do even more with it
A business case where you spell it out: – How much youre putting in – How much youre getting out – How much profit youre thinking making
At this very basic point: Creation, how well create it How well sell it How well deliver it
