In this project, students will utilize reflections from their Joy Journal assignment on loss & interdependence to craft an expository essay reflecting on these topics utilizing minimal (3-4 sources) research. This essay can be accomplished through either a written or video mode.
For an expository essay, your goal is to utilize context and research to discuss a topic connected to those discussed in your Joy Journal. Your essay should not have an argument, but instead provide your audience with some ways to think about your chosen topic.
For your research, you can utilize online sources that are verified (have a credentialed author & have a place of publication). These sources should be cited in MLA format at the end of the essay. The essay should also utilize in-text citations for any summaries, paraphrases, or quotations.
If completed as a written essay, this project should be 1000-1200 words.
