.While Alzheimers is chronic health condition with several risk factors including aging, lifestyle, and the environment among others, empirical evidence from several studies showed that people could avoid its manifestation through several ways. Alzheimers Association (2018) stated that one of the ways to avoid the onset of Alzheimers Dementia is to reduce their potential of developing cardiovascular diseases. High blood, diabetes, and high cholesterol are some of the conditions that are associated with the cardiovascular disease that increase the chance of the condition by at least 80%. An additional proactive approach for preventing the development of the factors responsible for Alzheimers is to engage in regular physical exercise and improved diet. This method is known to improve the proper functioning of the brain cells through increased blood and oxygen supply (Alzheimers Association, 2018). The third and final strategy for reducing the risk factors of this condition is to avoid situations that can lead to head trauma by wearing a seat belt either as a passenger or driver and make our homes fall-proof.
