This template covers five of the eight topics from our textbook. You are not expected to include participant or facilitator prerequisites. Nor are we asking for deliverables, project timeframes, or sign-offs.Design Plan Example # 1This design plan example includes all eight of Hodells suggested topics. It is written in a narrative form (like what is being asked of you for the design plan project).Optional Design Plan FeedbackThe design plan will be completed over the course of the remainder of the semester as we work through the various stages of ADDIE. To assist you through the project, we have created three NON-GRADED CHECK-INS for you to receive feedback on your project. These check-ins are for your benefit. They are NOT REQUIRED, but we do strongly encourage you to use these opportunities to receive feedback as you are building out your design plan.
