..I experienced a disagreement with the manager of a local bus company due to the cancellation and the need for rescheduling of may travel to a day later. I had booked a ticket to travel but could not go on the day I had planned to because I was called to fill in for a colleague at work. The conflict occurred when I tried to reschedule my travel for a day, and the manager asked me to pay a penalty fee and add the fare since the traveling expenses would be higher than the amount I paid during booking. I applied the rights and power of the conflict resolution model to resolve the conflict. I felt that I had a right to reschedule my travel without being charged any fees while the manager thought that they had a right to charge an extra cost and penalty since my cancellation would inconvenience their services.
