Personal Response. While reflecting on the contents of the paper, I realize that they are both technical presentation on two legal matters that relate to education and economy. First, the type of vocabulary and conventions for the sentences made it an uninteresting material for someone such as me that find the comprehension of legal terms quite challenging. Although the concluding parts of the materials used easy-to-understand language conventions, the problem with most legal materials, which makes the uninteresting for non-legal minds, is the presentation of the ideas and information in them. Secondly, comprehending the content of this type of material requires the methods of writing and the essence of the logic that are used for creating them.
