Present this information in the form of a 1-page Microsoft Word document. In
your document, state the following:

? What draws you to that population (previous experience, previous contact
with the target victim population, or target traumatic experience)
? The particular issues you would like to explore and the reason for

Part 2
Once your selected population is approved (selection from the above list is
automatically approved), create an annotated bibliography of at least eight
references you will use for your final paper. List each reference in
the correctAPA style format and indicate how you think the reference material addresses
your research population.
The comments that you post should be brief, no more than two sentences in
addition to the abstract from the reference.

.My decision on conduct a research study on the above topic stemmed out my personal experience as a child growing in a home where there were constant verbal and physical exchanges between my parents. Although it is common for most studies to focus on either the female survivors or those still in the relationship, the events in my home before the family was separated showed there is a need for a lot of investigations into the factors responsible for the development of the problem. Also, a review of existing literature on the subject revealed that a significant percentage of them are aimed at providing frameworks for social and mental health practitioners to design effective interventions to the problem. On the other hand, victim advocates and service providers are dependent on these findings to formulate policies or legislations that will stop the incidence of the crime.
