This virtue goes wel
l with my Laissez Faire Leadership Style whereby I can easily be able to relate with others in a way that builds them up, encourages, and brings out their highest potential. Secondly, I am a developer which means I empower others since I know that for my subordinates to give their best, it is vital for them to have a sense of ownership over their work and even believe that what they are doing is right and significant. In a Laissez Faire Leadership Style, I have to communicate the goals and deadlines well to the subordinates and then allow them to work autonomously and authoritatively in deciding how to get things done. The third strength is empathy whereby I able to understand the hardships and complaints of the employees and have a wide range of their aspirations and wants. I also have the strength of harmony, which means that I always look for areas of agreement and I am predominantly aware of dissonance and conflict, and have a strong drive to seek peace, cooperation and common ground (Goetsch& Davis, 2014). As such, I see how people can come together and find an accord. My fifth strength is inclusion whereby I include everyone in the decision making process in order to ensure that everyones input is considered
