as and an inspiration to many aspiring leaders. I selected Jack Ma as the leader I admire because he is determined by what he does. He never lost hope in his dream, and even though he faced a lot of challenges and obstacles along the way, he still worked hard and focused on his success. He was born in Hangzhou, China to Cui Wencai and Ma Laifa. He studied at Hangzhou Normal University (1988) and in 2006, Cheung Kong Graduate School of business (George, 2015). He is married to Cathy Zhang, and they have two children, Ma Yuanbao and Ma Yuankun. He had not discovered his dream until the early 1990s after he became an English teacher at a local school. The success of his work, Alibaba has been great over the years, and Forbes confirms his net worth as at 2018 as being $42.2 billion (Jung, Ugboma & Liow, 2015).
