Employment relationship

Employment relationshipProject OutlineThe purpose of this final project is to allow you the freedom to apply module learning to a real organization (BRITISH AIRWAYS), so that you may apply active and independent research in order to create your project. You will create a unique piece of work centered on organizational employment relationships based on your own choice of theoretical concepts and ideas, which you will select, introduce and justify. As this is the final piece of work you will submit, you will be able to draw upon all of the key concepts covered during the module and select those which you feel are most valuable and relevant. You will choose those providing understanding, those giving you an opportunity to analyse, and those from which you will be able to draw some meaningful conclusions in your final evaluation. The research is secondary to the key project aim of applying module learning to an organisation. Therefore, research is the tool you will use in order to gather data & information with which to analyse and collect findings on the host organisation. The layout of the submission will be in the form of a formal report of 3000 words, sectioned in order to lead the reader through the project in a logical way. This is a short piece of work and part of the challenge will be to be concise whilst still demonstrating rigour, critique and depth in your analysis. Although they will not be formally marked, you are also encouraged to include a reflective statement at the end of your report (which should be around 500 words and will sit outside the stipulated word count). This will allow you to summarise the learning you have achieved during your project and how it will help you in the future. Key tasks N.B. This is a suggestion only and you are free to layout the project work in any manner you feel appropriate.Fully research on the internet and any other sources material on the relations between BRITISH AIRWAYS and its employees during 2015 -2017.Consider which particular element of employment relations theory you would like to explore in more detail.
