found to be effective when put to use. I can also state that the organizational model that excited me most is classified under the functional model. This is one of the most traditional organizational models and many healthcare organizations have grown to like and implement the functional model. The reason behind many organizations implementing this model is due to the many efficient areas concerns of the functional model. These areas are the administration services, patient care services, and activity oriented by the use of auxiliary health workers with vast experience and skills. The other reason why am also conversant with the model is that in many healthcare organizations that I have been employed they usually use the functional model.
