The topic we have chosen is layoffs during coronavirus, in keeping with the syllabus we should take on the roles of consultants that are going into a company that is faced with having to do layoffs to stay in business during the pandemic. So we can look at how to do layoffs (considerations) and perhaps what other options may be available to avoid layoffs if they aren’t necessarily appropriate.I’ve included a couple of links, the links already shared in the Group DB, the syllabus questions as well.3. As you can imagine since the pandemic hit their business took a nose dive.
