Students visiting the hub for the first time are required to ask for directions or any information at the desk. Also, the information desk contains data on the services
offered by the different offices located in the building. Thus, a person learns about the hub through either talking to the persons managing the information desk or reading the directions. The Virginia College Hub is split into different areas, which offer students various types of information. There is a computer room where the scholars can research any information they need about the institution or the courses they are pursuing including their career paths. At the same time, there is a conference room where students interact with each other or are given talks on various aspects of the college. Moreover, there are offices where students can interact with the professors and other college employees privately. In most instances, students facing certain problems are the ones who visit the offices as they need assistance that matches with their conditions.
