SWOT Analysis of the IT Department For this milestone, you will submit a complete strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) analysis on your chosen organization’s IT department. It is key here to focus on your IT department and not the company as a whole. Your case study will be your best resource.
